This plant is a noxious weed in Hawaii, Florida, Jamaica, etc. If it endangered in Singapore, be glad!

It is actually quite ‘common’ in Singapore, as it has been widely planted, and seedlings/saplings presumably from those cultivated ones are quite common too.
